It looked like someone parked it under a drain or dumped coffee or chewing tobacco spit all over the hood. What's worse then that is when I get my truck back at checkout it was a mess. I think valet parking right now with COVID is a terrible idea. What irritated me the most was the valet parking. I know times are challenging due to COVID but they set the bar high for service with their pricing and do not deliver. It's like this hotel is perpetually understaffed. There was no drink service at the beach like previous stays and the one drink I did have at the pool took almost 30 minutes to get. This is the only place I have stayed where getting a drink is difficult, usually they try to serve you drinks until its annoying. While the food was tasty it took forever, how can breakfast take 45 minutes to make with four items on the menu (it was not crowded)? Our waiter was very nice and kept bringing coffee but it was too long. We went to the restaurant for breakfast and there were only 4-5 items on the menu. Unfortunately, the service is not very good. The beach was cleaned daily with very little seaweed on it afterwards. We had a King Studio Key West View room and it was clean, well appointed, and spacious. We have stayed here multiple times starting when The Reach was previously renovated over 10 years ago.
